We want this site to be usable by everyone, including people using a screen reader, a keyboard on its own, magnification or voice control. This page says what we have aimed for, what we know is not right yet, and how to tell us when something does not work.
What we are aiming for
We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2, level AA. That covers colour contrast, text that resizes without breaking the layout, a visible focus outline on everything you can reach with a keyboard, labels on every form field, and headings in a sensible order so a screen reader can move through a page by structure.
What we know is not right yet
Being specific is more useful than claiming to be finished. The maps embedded on our location pages come from Google and we do not control their accessibility. Some photographs on the site are stand-ins while we arrange a proper shoot, and their descriptions will improve when the real ones arrive. We are working through the rest.
If something on this site does not work for you
Call us and we will help you directly, and fix the page: Arlington 817-417-1132, Fort Worth 817-438-0259. You do not have to explain the technical part. Telling us which page and what you were trying to do is enough.
Anything you can do on this site you can also do by calling us. Nothing here is the only way to reach us.
